850 g of honey
100 g of whipped cream
70 g of butter
350 g wheat flour T 700
22 g gingerbread spice
11 g of cinnamon
15 g of soda

Making
Weigh the rye flour in a bowl, bring the honey, whipped cream and butter to the boil and mix with the rye flour. Mix the wheat flour with spices and soda, add the remaining ingredients and knead a little. Finally knead the honey-flour mixture. Covered for one day. Roll out, cut out as desired and place on baking tray with baking paper. Brush with a little egg and top with almonds and cherries. Now in the preheated oven, bake at about 200 ° C. It is important to pay attention to the baking time, which may vary from oven to oven. Approximately 8 - 12 min. The gingerbreads can also be dipped in chocolate or decorated with spray glaze.
